MOA Tactical is a firearms training company based in Arkansas, and Kansas that provides quality firearms and tactics training to qualifying civilians, law enforcement, and government agencies. Our mission is to educate, empower, and equip our clients with the skills and knowledge they need to handle firearms safely and effectively. Doug started his LEO career in 2003 with the Franklin county Sheriff's Office's dive team, he retired in 2023 as a patrol sergeant. He also spent 13 years in the US army and national guard. He is a certified CLEST instructor and firearms instructor Doug spent most of his career as a SRT Sniper team leader.

Clayton Osburn

Clayton has been in Law Enforcement for 10 years. He was active in USAF Security Forces from 2007-2012, USAR Psychological Operations Specialist from 2012-2018, Pratt SRT Sniper Team from 2018-2023, 2022 nationally ranked precision rifle series competitor. Clayton is a KS certified Firearms Instructor. He is also a Range Master. His wife Anna of six years runs all of the marketing, financing, and registration for MOA Tactical KS. Clayton, and Anna live in Southeast Kansas, and have a four year old boy, and twin two year old boy’s. Clayton is looking forward to training and meeting new people.

Arlo Guthary

Arlo Guthary has been a police officer in NE Arkansas for 34 years, and began shooting NRA sanctioned 3 position small bore when he was 9 years old. While in the Marine Corps Arlo qualified expert marksman, has competed in multiple NRA competitions including high power rifle, air rifle, pistol, Arkansas Police Olympics, F class, and many more.

Currently Arlo teaches tactical pistol, tactical carbine, tactical shotgun, basic sniper, advanced sniper, bush-craft, LEFR, ERASE, ALERRT, firearms instructor classes, and builds competitions long range rifles. 

Tom Nave

Tom Nave was raised in Northern Osage County and he has been involved with Livestock since an early age. He started in Law Enforcement in 1996 with the Cherokee Nation and began working in the Osage County Jail as a Detention Officer in 2000. He has worked in numerous other law enforcement capacities leading up to his current assignment as Patrol Lieutenant and Lead Investigator. Tom has Basic & Advanced SWAT, Basic & Advanced Sniper Operations, Basic CLEET Instructor, Federal Firearms Instructor, OSBI Investigation Academy, DEA Investigation Academy, OBN Investigation Academy, Basic & Advanced Mantracking, and Tom has over 2000 Hours of CLEET Training under his belt.

Quentin Bucher 

Quentin became an LEO after eight years in the USAR. He's been in LE for eight years serving in various positions and one of the designated Snipers as a deputy. Quentin began Tracking in Colorado over 20 years ago with Larimer Co./ Rocky Mountain Rescue Group. He has over 500 hours in Mantracking Training, countless Tracking Operations, over 300 hours in Sniper Training, Rural Tactics, High Risk Fugitive Apprehension, Vertical Rescue/ related Wilderness Medicine, and several years in SAR. He also has trained with K-9 operations in Apprehension, Forensics, and Tracking. 

Jason Pino

Jason Pino served in the US Army with the 1st Ranger Battalion. Tactical instructor in Oklahoma since 2016. Specializing in SWAT, Active shooter, Executive protection and Tact-Med. Bail Enforcement agent for 6 years licensed in Oklahoma and Texas. BSOC graduate in 2019 and ASOC graduate in 2021 member of Top Gun Team. Currently Deputy Sheriff with Love County Sheriff’s Office. Member of the FAU(fugitive apprehension unit) as Arrest Team and Sniper.

Justin Oliver

Justin started his career working in the jail in 2007. He went through Arkansas Academy in 2014 as Squad Leader. Saline County Sheriffs Office SRT Sniper 2019-2022. He has over 1700 hours of CLEST training. He is currently a Detective and SRT Commander with Cleburne County Sheriffs Office, assigned to the Arkansas ICAC Task Force. He holds Basic Swat, Basic and Advanced Sniper Operations being awarded highest ASOC score for 2023 class. He is a certified firearms instructor, red dot pistol instructor, and certified through modern samurai project.

Matt Clark

Matt Clark was born and raised in Bartlesville, Oklahoma within Washington County but has called Osage County his home over a decade. He started his career at the Osage County Sheriff’s Office in 2006 as a detention officer and quickly moved up the ranks to become a CLEET certified deputy in the early year of 2008. Clark served as a field deputy with Osage County for a number of years until his promotion to Lieutenant in 2017 which led him of oversight of Courthouse and District Court Operations. Clark has undergone hundreds of hours of training that range from Basic and Advance Instructor Schools, has 200 plus hours of Sniper Training, has over 100 hours of Mantracker Training, SWAT Basic/Advanced. He is a certified Range Safety Officer and has taken multiple pistol and rifle class in multiple states. Clark is an active member of Osage County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Team and holds the role as a Sniper/Sniper Supervisor and Instructor.
